“Quilt Encounter” Part 3!!!

Another two day workshop I took was Chevrons with

National Award winner Pam Furniss.

A quilt and applique as-you-stitch.

Again totally something left field for me.

Mine is the autumn tone second from the left.

Everyone had chosen totally different colours and

was great to see all the different variations.

Despite suffering the effects of the flu, Pam was also a very imformative tutor.

Morning and afternoon tea was spent out in this lovely courtyard,

with different quilts hanging every day.

The last night was party night being the

20th anniversary of “Quilt Encounter”.

A special thankyou to Kath, Karen and Susanne,

for making me so welcome.
