Awoke early on Thursday morning, thought I would take a look at the lunar eclipse. A little fresh that time of the morning but well worth it. To see the moon change, from very bright to a deep red/orange was amazing.
Saturdays class was Morning Glory as seen here. Chosing fabrics is easy for this one,
Just a layer cake and background. Anne and Anita both chose A Morris Tapestry
with different backgrounds. Maret chose a French General range and I’m not sure
which range Lorraine had chosen, very pretty anyway.
Lots of strip piecing and half square triangles were made throughout the morning.
Anne and Anita also bought in bags made in a another class. Anne had put pockets
inside for rulers and sewing supplies and had found a gorgeous antique looking button.
Thank you for visiting
Julie
I got up to see it too but could not find the moon. Fabrics are yummy bags nice and handy
The bags look even better in real life.
