This mornings class at Patchwork Passion in Cranbourne was Laurel Cottage,
a few faces missing but those who did make it
have been hard at work to keep up with their homework.
Jo’s completed foundation pieced blocks,
with the setting triangles all prepared for the next stage.
Brenda’s blocks all stacked neatly,
with her class notes all together in a folder.
And the lovely Helen’s nine patch blocks.
Helen has decided to replace some of
the foundation pieced blocks with nine patch blocks.
Next to the nine patch blocks is the half completed
Dutchman’s Puzzle block.
Jo has added the setting triangles to form the border.
Helen completed piecing the corners
and laid out the nine patch blocks with the setting
triangles to see how it would look.
All up it was a busy morning with everyone
completing the corners and much homework
to be done before class next month.
Thank you for visiting
Julie
I like the way you were very diplomatic about my 9 patches!
